About the Project

The ASB Hangar was a design-build project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District. The new operations and maintenance facility supports the 13th Combat Aviation Brigade stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado. In addition to the operations and maintenance facilities, the project scope included parts storage and repair shops, airfield improvements, utilities, and site improvements. This project is a certified LEED Platinum structure by the U.S. Green Building Council.
