First Hospitality Project:

Hensel Phelps’ first hospitality project was the transformation of the 1906 Fulton Building into the 301-room Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel in Pennsylvania. Completed in 2001, the project can also lay claim to being the largest copper restoration project in the United States since the restoration of the Statue of Liberty.
