First Science + Technology Project:

A nitroguanidine facility for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) was one of Hensel Phelps’ first science + technology projects. Completed in 1978, the project was located at the Sunflower Army Ammunition Manufacturing Complex in Clearview City, Kansas.
