General Manager, Mission Critical

Adam Rogers grew up in West Texas and pursued his passion for construction at Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science in 1996. Shortly after graduation, Adam joined Hensel Phelps, where he has built a diverse portfolio of projects across eight states and three countries, including Ireland and Israel. His work spans a variety of sectors, such as light rail, airports, commercial developments, judicial facilities, data centers and semiconductor projects.

Currently, Adam serves as the General Manager for Hensel Phelps’ Mission Critical Integrated Solution (MCIS) group. In this role, he leads efforts to deliver high-stakes projects that meet the evolving needs of technology and infrastructure. With hands-on experience ranging from fieldwork to executive leadership, Adam is passionate about the construction industry and its ability to transform lives and careers.

Adam, his wife Michelle, and their daughter Lily are proud supporters of their Texas A&M Aggies. Together, they enjoy traveling and spending time with their beloved Labrador retrievers.
