The NAVFAC P742 John W. Finn Hall project is a seven-story facility for Bachelor Enlisted Quarters that consists of 264 living modules designed to house 528 E1-E3 personnel. The project includes a central utility plant, various outdoor recreational facilities and general site development, including parking and landscaped areas. The site is located across the bay from downtown San Diego on historic Naval Base Coronado, and residents enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean and San Diego Bay from the upper floors.
