About the Project

This project involved constructing a facility to help serve the medical needs of the underprivileged community in southwest Denver. This building also provides Denver Health with additional clinical capacity to ease the overcrowding of other facilities in the area. Understanding the speed-to-market requirement for the facility, Hensel Phelps collaborated with Denver Health and the architect to deliver this project successfully.
