Hensel Phelps has been awarded the Southwest Airlines Terminal 1 Renovation Project at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The scope of the Project includes a full renovation of the LAX Terminal 1 while maintaining ongoing Southwest operations and flights. The Project is estimated at over $265 million and will take three and a half years to complete. Hensel Phelps proven relationship with Southwest Airlines at other airports throughout the country allowed them to be selected based upon performance and their ongoing desire to exceed all customer expectations.
