The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Baltimore District has awarded the Hensel Phelps/Kiewit Joint Venture to design and construct the High Performance Computing Center (HPCC2) project located at Fort Meade, Maryland. The Hensel Phelps/Kiewit Joint Venture was awarded the $564.7 million contract based upon a best value evaluation and decision.
