Hensel Phelps’ William P. Hobby Federal Inspection Services (FIS) Expansion project has been selected as Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas & Louisiana’s 2016 Best Project in the Airports/Transit category. ENR is a leading industry organization, and this award is one of the most prestigious a project can receive. This project was selected out of 92 entries by a panel of judges. Hensel Phelps will be presented with the award at the ENR ceremony in Houston this October.
