The design-build team of Hensel Phelps and ZGF Architects came home with top honors at the Design-Build Institute of America’s (DBIA) Western Pacific Region Awards banquet held in Newport Beach, California, on May 26. The team won both the 2016 DBIA Project of the Year Award and the Design Excellence Award. Those present to accept the award were (from left to right) Brad Nelson, Blake Christian, Mittra Memari, Ted Hyman, Bryan Amarel, and Steve Grauer (not pictured).
