Carolan, LEED AP as Operations Manager; Thomas J. Diersbock, LEED AP as Operations Manager; Matthew K. McCaulley, LEED AP BD+C, STS as Operations Manager; Dwight R. Ball, DBIA, LEED AP, Executive Vice President, a graduate of the University of Illinois, began his career with Hensel Phelps in 1984 and rose through the ranks to become the Vice President and Northern California District Manager before being appointed Executive Vice President. Mr. Ball will have responsibility for the management and coordination of the Northern California and Pacific Districts. Mr. Ball will be based at the Northern California District Office in San Jose, California.

Tucker, LEED AP, Executive Vice President, a graduate of Colorado State University, began his career with Hensel Phelps in 1991 and rose through the ranks to become the Vice President and Plains District Manager before being appointed the Executive Vice President. Mr. Tucker will have responsibility for the management and coordination of the Plains District and Corporate Program’s Development. Mr. Tucker will be based at the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.

Bliesmer DBIA, Vice President and Plains District Manager, a graduate of Colorado State University, began his career with Hensel Phelps in 1991 and rose through the ranks to become Manager of Work Procurement before being appointed the Vice President and Plains District Manager. Mr. Bliesmer will be based at the Plains District Office in Greeley, Colorado.
