Board of Directors promotes Jim Pappas to Northern California District Manager and Vice President

The Hensel Phelps Construction Co. Board of Directors is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Pappas to Northern California District Manager and Vice President.  Jim, a graduate of University of Texas at Austin, began his career with Hensel Phelps in 1990 and rose through the ranks to become Operations Manager before being appointed the Northern California District Manager and Vice President.  Mr. Pappas is based at the Northern California District Office in San Jose, California.
