Robert Tointon Elected President and General Manager:

Robert G. Tointon joined Hensel Phelps in 1963 as a project engineer when the company was just beginning to emerge as an important regional general construction firm. He advanced to executive vice president and general manager and continued in that capacity until September 1975, when he became president and general manager.
