About the Project
Hensel Phelps renovated the Hokulani Waikiki by Hilton Grand Vacations, a 14-story upscale timeshare resort in an urban setting, situated within the Waikiki Beach Walk retail development. The renovated resort includes 144-guestrooms complete with a boutique kitchen, generous bathroom space, and modern amenities. The property is noted for its rooftop bar and lounge area, which is a unique space within Waikiki, as well as its dramatic water feature and lobby arrival experience. The interior design incorporates the use of natural and native materials, finishes, and textures designed to capture the essence of Hawaii’s vibrant culture and environment.
