About the Project
The 10,000 SF office renovation of Hensel Phelps’ Pacific District Office was completed with an accelerated five-month schedule. The design-build project includes 20 office spaces, 16 office desks in open area, one large conference room, two meeting rooms, a lounge area, gym, wellness room and kitchen with dining area. The design-build team consisted of Hensel Phelps and GD Design. The project won Award of Excellence at the 2019 GCA Build Hawaii Awards for the building construction $1-10 million category.
