About the Project

Hensel Phelps renovated the 205 guest rooms at the Four Seasons Resort at Manele Bay, a five-star destination resort in Lanai, HI. The luxurious interior finishes feature sleek lines, exotic woods and breathtaking bathrooms⁠—a vision of a sophisticated yet relaxed Hawaiian resort.

 

During the renovation process, the property remained fully functional with approximately 50% of the rooms occupied at all times, taking special care to not disrupt the Guest Experience at the resort.
