Hensel Phelps was presented the Platinum STEP Award for their outstanding safety record by Executive Director of Program Management David Dixon for the Darrel K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium Athletics Office Infill Stadium Maintenance and Renovation project.
Only the second awarded Platinum STEP and the first ever awarded at The University of Texas Austin campus, the Platinum STEP Award recognizes Hensel Phelps’ extraordinary commitment to safety, Hensel Phelps’ team ability to meet the University of Texas’ Office of Facilities Planning and Construction (OFPC) criteria, and achieving no loss time work incidents for twenty-four consecutive months on the project.
