The HENSEL PHELPS Manage Group provided mission support services for the NROL-65 Launch Mission at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Hensel Phelps provided facility services support to the Team that launched the World’s Largest Rocket, the Delta IV Heavy with the NROL-65.
