Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) has selected Hensel Phelps as the Construction Manager at Risk for the South Airport Automated People Mover (APM) Complex at Orlando International Airport. Hensel Phelps is teamed with the following firms on this project: Gomez Construction Company, JCB Construction, Inc., Page One Consultants, Inc., and P.A. Wallace & Associates Inc.
The South Airport APM Complex Project is a multi-year program that will consist of multiple projects to achieve the intended scope. The scope of the program may include, but is not limited to: the South Automated People Mover (APM) station, a parking garage, roadway, site work, and coordination with additional transportation projects.
