Hensel Phelps was awarded the Okkodo High School Expansion in Dededo, Guam. The $13.2 Million project adds approximately 69,000 square feet of space to the existing public high school, almost doubling its occupancy to 2,000 students. The project owner, Ironbridge Intl Development II, LLC, will maintain and lease the school to the Territory of Guam for 20 years, at which time the school will transfer ownership to the Territory.
