Hensel Phelps Awarded Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Consulting Services Contract

Hensel Phelps Services Group has been awarded the Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Consulting Services contract for North County Transit District (NCTD). NCTD provides services that are a vital part of San Diego’s regional transportation network and move more than 12 million passengers annually by providing public transportation for North San Diego County.  The scope of work includes the development of a comprehensive facilities and equipment management plan. Hensel Phelps Services Group teamed with two facility maintenance industry leaders–McKinstry Essention, LLC (McKinstry) and Facility Management Planners, Inc. (FMP) to provide comprehensive and innovative consulting services to NCTD.
