Hensel Phelps was awarded a Construction Manager-at-Risk contract for the concessions build-out at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) in Austin, Texas. This contract is with Delaware North Travel Hospitality Inc., a hospitality, food service and retail company, servicing airports and sports venues across the globe.
The scope of work consists of food services spaces, retail, travel, and an off-site commissary. The Services Group anticipates commencement of construction in January of 2016, with a December 2017 completion. Hensel Phelps looks forward to successful completion of this project and a new, long-standing relationship with Delaware North.
