Hensel Phelps celebrated another major milestone at the California Health Care Facility (CHCF) Site and Unsecured Facilities project in Stockton, California, by energizing the Central Utility Plant (CUP). This accomplishment is a key step toward meeting the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation’s goal of early occupancy for the facility, and a direct result of extraordinary teamwork between Berg Electric and Helix Electric.
