HAATS off – Hensel Phelps and the Colorado Army National Guard celebrate topping out the new High-Altitude Aviation Training Site’s (HAATS) $33.5 facility at Eagle County Regional Airport.  This facility will provide advanced training for military rotary-wing pilots from around the world.
