The Western District is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Current projects include retail and mixed-use facilities, parking structures, hospitality, multi-family residential, commercial, public and private sector offices, higher education and laboratory facilities. Hensel Phelps has been doing business in Arizona since 1978. Over the past 30 years, they have delivered 30 projects with a combined construction value over $1.8 billion, ranging in value and scope from government buildings to water treatment facilities, to the current Phoenix Sky Training project.
The Western District specializes in many different fields. Its experience includes commercial office, airport, hospital / medical, transportation, hospitality, multi-family residential, detention, justice, industrial, technology, higher education, and public assembly. The District continues to build upon past successes as a general contractor, construction manager -at -risk, and a design-builder, while providing customers with complete preconstruction services.
This District is comprised of seasoned professionals who have taken on the construction of entire projects from preplanning to design through construction.
